The APRICOT Secretariat respects all delegate privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information provided. This privacy statement describes how the APRICOT Secretariat collects, uses, and protects delegate personal information.
Conference Registration
The APRICOT Secretariat collects personal information to administer its conference and training events.
This data are collected via the conference registration system, administered and operated by APNIC. The collected data are used for the purposes of registration and delegate management.

Meeting Booking System
The APRICOT Secretariat uses NIX.CZ's Meeting Booking system to allow APRICOT delegates to arrange meetings with each other during the conference days in the dedicated Peering MeetMe Room at the conference venue.
Both APRICOT and NIX.CZ both undertake to not share the personal data stored on the Meeting Booking tool with any other party. After the event, the Meeting Booking instance APRICOT is using will be deleted.
The term "personal data" as used in this privacy policy refers to information stored by the tool, such as the delegate's photograph (if provided), organisation, position in the organisation, and email address. Email addresses will not be disclosed to any other delegate, even those using the tool to arrange meetings.
