  • For conference track speakers, it is with great pleasure that we confirm your place as a conference track speaker for APRICOT 99.
  • For tutorial speakers, we will be able to confirm your place as a tutorial speaker if we can muster 15 participants for your tutorials by 12 Feb 1999.

1. PROGRAM

Please refer to the latest program via http://www.apricot.net for the date and schedule allocated for your talk/tutorial. Please contact Mr Robert Berger (rberger@ibd.com) for any other questions about the conference content or if you need to make changes/amendments to the titles of your talk/tutorial.

2. PRESENTATION MATERIAL

We would appreciate receiving your speaker's notes in the form of "3 up" printouts of the speaker's slide presentation with space for notes taking along the side of the slides by 1 February 1999 using Powerpoint 97 or lower version. We need to have the material by this date in order to ensure inclusion in the conference pack.

In addition, please be informed that you are encouraged to submit a written paper by the above stipulated date and we will make arrangement to have it available online before the conference.

Your speaker notes (and written paper, if any) should be sent to Ms Josephine Lee (Josephine.Lee@scs.org.sg) in either PDF, HTML, Powerpoint, MS Word, Framemaker.

IMPORTANT
If we still do not receive your presentation materials by 1 February, we apologize that we cannot guarantee that your participants will receive hardcopies of your speaker notes. In this event, we hope that you will be able to cooperate with us to produce sufficient hard copies of your notes to all the delegates and bring it to the conference. The SCS apologizes for being unable to make last minute provision for this as there are other pressing areas staff have to attend to. If however, you are one of our late notification speakers, please contact your program chairperson immediately to work out an alternative.
