*It is a special package for those who are not able to register the full conference. The package will include the Opening Ceremony and Plenary Session on the afternoon of Feb. 26, 2008 and the day indicated.
** APNIC Member Meeting is only free to APNIC Member. Anyone other than APNIC Members should pay USD 50 (NTD 1650) for registration.
 
Method of Payment:
  • Credit Card:
    Master and Visa Card are accepted. If you pay by credit card, you will be charged in NT dollars.
  • Onsite Payment
    By choosing the onsite payment option you are committing to attend APRICOT 2008 and agreeing to make payment in full on registering for the meeting at the Howard Plaza Hotel Taipei. Payment by cash (US dollars or Taiwan dollars), or credit card (NT dollars) will be possible.
 
Confirmation

A registration confirmation letter will be sent to you by email after your filling up the online registration form. Please keep it for your reference. It will be a great help that the confirmation letter is presented at the registration desk upon your arrival.
 
Cancellation of Registration

If you wish to cancel your registration please send a request to Register@apricot2008.net stating your registration reference number, name, organization and contact details (postal and e-mail address, telephone and fax numbers). A refund of registration fees will be made as follows:

No refunds can be made for cancellations received after 13th Feb, 2008.
All refund will be processed within five working days and will be confirmed by e-mail. A substitute delegate is welcome to attend in your place. If the need arise, please send details of the new delegate before the meeting commences.
 
Cancellation of Conference

If, for any reason, this conference is cancelled, APRICOT will refund in full all registration fees received. APRICOT will not be liable for registrants' loss of airfares, accommodation deposits, or other associated costs. Insurance for such losses is the responsibility of each registrant.
